This Privacy Policy applies to Paid or Played?, a browser-based calculator for estimating master recording recoupment scenarios. It should be read together with the Terms of Service.

Calculator figures are processed in your browser. Paid or Played? does not intentionally collect, save, or transmit those calculator inputs to Lorenzo Schiavone.

Your browser, device, extensions, network, screenshots, screen recordings, or hosting provider may still process technical information when you use any website. Do not enter confidential contract details if your environment is not secure or if you are not allowed to share them.

Depending on how the site is hosted and how you contact us, we may receive:

• contact information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, message, and request details;
• technical information processed by hosting and security providers, such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed, dates and times, and error logs;
• communications related to support, corrections, legal notices, or privacy requests; and
• information required to comply with law, enforce terms, or protect the service.

Paid or Played? currently does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or tracking cookies for the calculator. Essential cookies, cache entries, logs, or local browser storage may still be used by your browser, hosting provider, or security systems to deliver the site, prevent abuse, or improve performance.

If analytics, advertising, saved projects, accounts, payments, or similar features are added later, this Policy should be updated before those features are used.

Information may be used to:

• operate, maintain, secure, and debug Paid or Played?;
• respond to messages, legal notices, and privacy requests;
• detect, prevent, and investigate abuse or security incidents; and
• comply with legal obligations and enforce the Terms.

Information may be shared with service providers that help host, deliver, secure, troubleshoot, or maintain Paid or Played?; with professional advisers when needed; with authorities when required by law; or as part of a business transfer involving the service.

Paid or Played? does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly used in U.S. state privacy laws.

Calculator inputs are not intentionally stored by the app. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to respond, maintain records, protect rights, or comply with legal obligations. Technical logs are retained according to the practices of the hosting and security providers used to deliver the site.

Reasonable measures are used to protect information handled by the service. No website, network, browser, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or information about how your personal information is handled. You may also have the right to complain to a local data-protection authority.

To make a privacy request, use the Contact page. Because Paid or Played? does not intentionally store calculator inputs, requests usually relate to contact messages or technical records that can reasonably be located.

Paid or Played? is not directed to children under 13. Do not use the service or provide personal information if you are under 13.

Information may be processed in the country where the site is hosted, where service providers operate, or where Lorenzo Schiavone manages the service. When required, appropriate safeguards should be used for international transfers.

This Policy may be updated as Paid or Played? changes. The effective date above shows when this version was published.
